Skinny Pumpkin Spice "Latte"

Anyone who knows me knows that I l.o.v.e. pumpkin spice lattes. While the real thing is pretty heavy on the calories, my lightened up PSL "latte" satisfies the craving with almost zero calories!



Why "latte" and not latte?

A latte is technically made with espresso and steamed milk, but my "latte" is made with regular coffee and almond milk.

Ingredients:
  • 10 oz. medium roast coffee
  • 1 T. unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 packet sweetener of choice
  • 2-3 generous shakes of Pumpkin Pie Spice
Directions:
  • Add almond milk, sweetener and Pumpkin Pie Spice to a coffee mug.
  • Pour brewed coffee into the mug and stir.


That's it! Enjoy your skinnyfied Pumpkin Spice "Latte"!

  3. My husband uses a little bit of honey to sweeten up my homemade PSL. And since we are out of vanilla at the house, I'm back on a PSL kick and it's like fall in a cup on these crazy cold STL days.
